    Yes we do have an alert system for shop managers. First I want to stress that this is only an “option” for users who leave a rating and review. If selected it would allow the shop manager to view their email address and contact them to resolve the problem. Why is it on the site? Think about what the best possible outcome could be when you leave negative feedback. I believe the best result is action on behalf of the service shop. They now can see that you are unhappy with your last service experience and are able to contact you to remedy the issue. There are people who don’t feel the same and this is why it is only an option.
